About CCID

I’m learning AI from the ground up, one tool and one mistake at a time. CCID is where I do that learning out loud. I’m not an AI expert, and I’m not going to write like one. What you’ll find here is a student’s notebook, not a teacher’s lecture. Some of it will work, some of it won’t, and you’ll see both.

Why Learn in Public

AI is moving fast, and a lot of the advice about it comes from people who sound like they’ve already figured it all out. That can make it feel like you’re too late or too far behind to even start. I’d rather show the starting point than pretend I skipped it. That means sharing the basic questions, the confusing parts, and the times AI made my work worse instead of better. If you’re trying to figure this out too, you can learn from my mistakes instead of making every one of them yourself. And if you’re further along than me, you’ll at least see someone being honest about where they are.

What You’ll Find Here

The heart of this site is Student Notes, a series of lessons I’m taking in public, one at a time. I post twice a month. Each lesson follows the same simple shape: what I tried, what happened, what I learned, and what I’m trying next. When something flops, I post that too, along with my best guess about why. I also write about AI tools, productivity, and workflow automation, through the same lens of someone still learning. Nothing here gets presented as proven until I’ve actually lived it.

About the Name

Yes, the name still says Consulting. Right now, I don’t offer consulting, coaching, or services of any kind. This season is about learning, not selling. Down the road, once I’ve learned and tested something well enough, I may turn it into a self-paced course built on what I learned. Until then, the best thing I can offer you is an honest look at the work while it’s happening.

Follow Along

If any of this sounds like where you are, I’d love for you to follow along. Each new lesson picks up where the last one left off. You can start from the very first one, even if you’re brand new to AI. Read along, try what I try, and tell me what happens when you do. I’m curious what you’re working on and what’s tripping you up.
